PMW Ventures SMS Messaging Terms
Program description
PMW Ventures sends low-volume, non-marketing operational and administrative SMS only to employees and authorized business collaborators who expressly consent. Messages may include internal task updates, scheduling, reminders, and replies to operational support questions. PMW Ventures does not use this program for advertising or promotions.
Individual consent
Before receiving SMS, each recipient must personally provide the mobile number to be used and affirmatively agree in writing to receive this program's messages after receiving these Terms and the SMS Privacy Policy. One person cannot consent for another. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of employment, engagement, purchase, or service.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on operational need. Messages are low-volume and infrequent. Message and data rates may apply. A recipient's wireless carrier may impose charges under the recipient's plan.
Opt out
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. PMW Ventures will stop sending messages to that number after the opt-out, except for a confirmation message or as otherwise required by law. A recipient who later wants to resume messages must provide new express consent; sending START alone does not replace PMW Ventures' required consent record.

Delivery and availability
Message delivery depends on wireless networks and service providers and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. PMW Ventures may suspend or end the program or a recipient's participation when reasonably necessary for operations, security, compliance, or misuse prevention.
Privacy
PMW Ventures handles SMS-program information as described in the SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
PMW Ventures may update these Terms. The current version and effective date will appear on this page. If a change materially affects a recipient's SMS consent or program rights, PMW Ventures will provide appropriate notice and obtain new consent when required before continuing messages.
