This page is a public example of the disclosure PMW Ventures presents in each individual consent request. It does not collect a phone number or consent. An intended employee or authorized business collaborator receives the request individually by email or secure approval form and must personally respond through that channel.
Program disclosure
PMW Ventures uses SMS only for low-volume, non-marketing operational and administrative messages to employees and authorized business collaborators. Messages may include internal task updates, scheduling, reminders, and replies to operational support questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of employment, engagement, purchase, or service. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Required personal response
The intended recipient must personally provide the mobile number at which they want to receive PMW Ventures messages and affirm the following statement in the individual email or secure approval form:
I consent to receive low-volume operational and administrative SMS from PMW Ventures at the mobile number I provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
One person cannot consent for another. PMW Ventures records the recipient, date, method, disclosures shown, and affirmative response before adding a number. No purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party list is used.
